HP ProBook 4310s Vs HP Mini 5101

HP introduces two new notebooks that is the ProBook 4310s and HP Mini 5101. The first is to combine a stylish design and functionality with a modest price, while the other is designed as an ultra-portable PC for the business segment.

The ProBook 4310s has a glossy black finish, weighs 1.97 kg and 27.3 mm thick. The notebook is equipped with an anti-glare 13.3-inch diagonal HD screen LED backlit sporting aspect ratio of 16:9 with BrightView option. The new notebooks ProBook 4310s has the option of either an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 or Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD graphics controller.

Data on the laptop is protected with as little as three mouseclicks : the notebooks uses the Password Management, Preboot authentication and encryption hard drive. Optional HP un2400 mobile broadband module (WWAN) will allow to connect to the Internet without the need to find a WiFi Hotspot first. In the notebook is equipped with HDMI port attached to HD displays, the 34-slot ExpressCast and Secure Digital MultiMediaCard Reader. Price of € 449

HP reports that the 5101 Mini-notebook PC is a stylish and ultra-portable PC for professionals who want to take their office with them. In the mini-notebook weighs 1.3 kilograms and sporting activities in 10.1-inch LED-backlit screen with 1366x768 HD resolution. The size of the keyboard is 95% of regular desktop keyboards. A small notebook features Wi-Fi WLAN Certified and optional WWAN.

The chassis of the Mini has a brushed aluminum finish and protects the computer while working outside. The specifications seem to be in nature for the netBook: Intel Atom processor, 160GB hard drive and Intel GMA950 graphics chip UMA.
